A day on the Welsh Highland Railway for a photo charter featuring Bayer-Peacock 0-4-0-0-4-0 Garratt no. K1 on the last day of operation under its current boiler certificate. The day was mostly wet, with only occasional sun in the morning which the K1 made the most of. We also had two of the line's much larger ex-SAR Garratts on a freight train, but such was the awfulness of the weather, these hardly got a look in.
