Although they share a common Swindon ancestry, the three locomotives in this image were all constructed by different builders. On the extreme left is 2-6-0 no. 9351, actually converted to an unused GWR design by the WSR from a 2-6-2T . In the centre is 1929 GWR built Hall class 4-6-0 no. 4936 Kinlet Hall and on the right is 1950 BR(W) built Manor class 4-6-0 no. 7928 Norton Manor.
