The results of a few hours at my nearest standard gauge steam line, the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway. The weather up there in the hills was none too promising to start with, but the sun did eventually manage to break through and warm things up a bit.
The P&BR has come a long way in the last ten years or so, moving from a half mile line running from nowhere to nowehere else, to a two mile line with a branch to one of the area's major industrial heritage sites, Big Pit. And they have no intention of stopping at that!
